Can you work with our logo on our business card?
Not to worry, if the only version of your logo is a small printed version, we can typically reproduce it for you. However we can only decifer the details that are available in the original. We will convert your artwork to a vector format which is the best file to retain for your future design needs.

Do I have a say in the design process?
We want our clients to take an active role in the development of their websites because we know this will result in a final product that they can be proud to share. If you have collateral material or other sites that you like then we take that into consideration. We want to be sure that your website matches all your other marketing materials.
What are your payment terms?
Generally, we require a 50% deposit to begin all website design projects. Final payment is due at the completion of your website.
How long does it take to develop a new website?
A typical website project take 4-6 weeks to complete. A timeline can vary based on a client’s availability for reviews and approvals. More complex functionality can also add to the overall timeline.
Do you write copy for our website?
While we can facilitate your content creation, most clients elect to provide website copy to keep their costs down. We will help you establish the site outline to effectively communicate with potential clients. If you need help writing your copy or editing your copy then we can include this as part of your proposal.
What does it mean to be mobile responsive?
When a website is responsive, the layout and/or content responds (or, adapts) based on the size of the screen it’s presented on. A responsive website automatically changes to fit the device you’re viewing it on including computer monitors, laptops, tablet, and mobile phones. It’s our standard practice to make all websites we create, mobile responsive.
Do you provide website hosting?
Yes. We have partnered with a web hosting company to provide the best hosting experience possible. Our server is backed up regularly, has redundant power, and is monitored 24×7 for your conveinence.
